Xavier LORÉAL has been advising and assisting corporate clients for more than 25 years, particularly in corporate law, commercial lease law, contract law while integrating the tax aspects of clients' choices.

He is the counsel in France of a leading American cosmetics group, an American video game publisher and an independent communications agency.

For the past ten years, he has also been assisting and representing, before the French courts, both European and American investment funds in the refund of withholding tax unduly levied by the French tax authorities as per the European case law.

 Its client base also includes small and medium-sized companies in various sectors.

After collaborating from 1990 to 2008 in the Cabinet of Chambrun, he became a partner of the Cabinet Loreal Bejarano. After having co-founded in 2011 Viginti Avocats, in 2017 he creates ALDHEA Avocats with Philippe DELECLUSE and Jérôme HONG-ROCCA.
