Sarah-Emmanuelle GAILLET is a lawyer in private law. She works in corporate law to assist companies in their day-to-day and extraordinary operations (incorporation, statutory amendments, approval of accounts, capital transactions, dissolution, etc.).

She also works in real estate law to draft and monitor commercial leases and intellectual property law by managing brand portfolios.

In 2015, she joined VOVAN & ASSOCIES in the team of Philippe Delecluse, who created ALDHEA in 2017 with Jérôme HONG-ROCCA and Xavier LOREAL.
