Admitted to the bar association in 2001, Philippe DELECLUSE becomes an associate of VOVAN & Associés, then partner in 2011 before founding ALDHEA in 2017, with Xavier LOREAL and Jérôme HONG-ROCCA.

Specialized in corporate law and contract law, he has developed for more than fifteen years a broad expertise in corporate acquisition and restructuring operations (equity financing, liability guarantee, IPO) in the management of large real estate projects (shopping centers, hotels, apartment buildings ...) and in commercial and IT contracts.

He advises all types of structures (SMEs, family groups, promoters, listed companies, etc.) as well as foreign banks established in Paris.

He also assists his clients in their litigation, particularly in shareholder disputes, liability guarantees, and commercial litigation.
