Maud CHILD, former senior advisor to the Court of Auditors and former financial prosecutor, has been a member of the Paris Bar since March 2018 to practice in public law.
She has acquired a particular expertise in the field of public procurement after having exercised the various facets: State Authorizing Officer and Contracting Authority, Public Accountant, Member of the Interregional Committee for the Settlement of Disputes in Public Procurement, and trainer at the IRA; then as financial magistrate rapporteur or financial prosecutor.
Maud Child has extensive institutional and financial knowledge of the state, its institutions and local authorities, including their satellites, SEM, SPL, GIP or associations.
She has acquired it at the Ministry of National Education, in her functions as administrative and financial officer, public accountant and especially director of financial affairs in the Rectorate (Lyon) and assistant secretary general of academy (Clermont-Ferrand).
Her duties as magistrate rapporteur and then financial prosecutor, regional chamber of accounts and senior adviser to the Court of Accounts have deepened its expertise in the spectrum of law of public bodies.
In addition, she has particular expertise in the prevention of conflicts of interest and breaches of probity obtained as a financial prosecutor near the regional audit chamber in Marseille and as a magistrate of the Court of Auditors.
She was also a member of the Tax Offenses Commission.
